Gear Box

Gear Boxes are made of hardened and profile ground gears to transmit power to the Printing Cylinders and Doctor Blade assemblies.

Doctor Blade

Doctor Blade assemblies in the printing stations are fully adjustable for different angular positions depending upon variable cylinder diameter. The unit oscillates on four linear motion bearings and hardened shaft to minimize the friction and at the same time to reduce the gear box load. The special sturdy construction of Doctor Blade unit ensures superior printing quality.

Rollers

All Idler Rollers are dynamically balanced and made of high grade aluminium material.

Drying Hood

To ensure efficient and complete drying of web, every printing station comprises an independent drying hood mounted vertically.

Impression Rollers, Dryers, Doctor Blades, In Feed & Out Feed nips are pneumatically actuated.

For linear registration control, each printing station has a motorized linear compensator assembly.

Drying Hoods have specially designed Air Splitting System comprising Air Nozzles in such a way that each nozzle row faces an idler roller beneath and an additional drying hood on top of printing station.

Multi drive controls are used to control proper sectional tension ensuring high quality production at maximum speed.

Un-winder/Re-winder systems have special shaft less hydro coupling and lifting arrangements through hydraulic cylinders for easy loading and unloading operations.
